Ingredients
• 200g feta cheese, crumbled
• 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 small chili pepper, minced (or ½ tsp chili flakes)
• 1 tbsp olive oil of Dendres olive oil https://dendres.com/en/olive-oil-olive-soap-dendres.html
• 1 tsp red wine vinegar
• Salt to taste
Instructions
Blend feta, yogurt, red pepper, chili, and vinegar until smooth.
Drizzle in olive oil while blending until creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Chill before serving with pita bread or veggies.
